Not much money earned, but a lot good friends and experiences gainedThe good thingsDuring my stay here at Neung Yule, there were so many activities done every year such as Christmas party, Summer team building, pizza or dine out team building and so on. And because of those activities, I've gained a lot of good friends who I can still depend on until now. This company also has training for their employees to improve their English skills to serve their students/clients better.
The challengesSalary, taxes and tax returns were the biggest issues in this company when I was still here. Salary was not appropriate compared to other Korean companies. Tax return was not given to their employees. SSS, taxes and other benefits of some employees were not being paid by the employer. No incentives given aside from your daily rate.
