    Great And Friendly Workplace
The good things- Culture: It's like family. I left to pursure an opportunity in another area, but I miss working here. - Training: Company invests in training, sponsors certification exams. I think this is best for new graduates, for increasing know-how as fast as possible. - Work/Life Balance - Very process-oriented: Systematic software development takes place here, so I left with effective habits.
The challenges- Salary: Good, talented people leave because of the average salary. - OT: Depends on the project. Make sure that the project you're in aligns with your long-term goals.

NEC is great for gaining experience and knowledge
The good things- Culture is great, the reason for most people not leaving is because of the culture; it's like family - Get to take company-sponsored certification exams - Great training program; practical approach, also consolidating your knowledge from college - Project-based. If you're in a project that's in line with your long-term goals, then that's great - OT is highly discouraged. Hello, work-life balance! - you can express yourself and freely be yourself here; no discrimination whatsoever - very process-oriented. this is a good place to start building your own career
The challenges- Salary isn't as competitive as the others - need to take care of your employees, especially those who stick by you through the tough times - Project-based; if you're current project is not in line with your long-term goals, you may be stuck doing what you don't want to do - should get more projects so that employees can continue learning and growing (especially Java projects, those involving IoT/AI etc) - good place to start but don't stay too long so it won't impede your growth
