Good, the learning materials and set-up is good only the admin and staff system are bad
The good thingsThey give generous amount of incentive.
The challengesThis work totally depend on your rating Don't consider teacher's side such as complain or concerns. Biased to students side.

The challengesYou have to be patient when teaching, because there are some rude students who will shout suddenly and you are in a full volume headset.

The good thingsOpportunity to make a positive impact. Cultural exchange: Working as an ESL teacher often involves working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. For many teachers, this can be a rewarding experience, as they get to learn about different cultures and perspectives and most of all the flexibility This can be appealing to people who value the ability to set their own schedules or who want to travel and work in different locations. Overall, people enjoy working as ESL teachers for a variety of reasons, but many find it to be a rewarding and fulfilling career path.

A Good Company for Entry-Level Applicants and Independent Workers
The good thingsThe standard for the new hires is low. Staffs are responsive to inquiries. Students are mostly professionals(Japanese are esteemed and considerate, but you need to have a good sense of intuition to handle them better.) The platform is easy to navigate, good for non-tech savvy applicants. Attendance and Textbook Incentive for Office-based Booking incentives for both office and home-based Elite teacher advantage for home-based (more perks if you reach the standard)
The challengesNot enough/Limited PC and working space provided for office-based tutors. Most PC's are prioritized to full-time employees. Part-time workers need to transfer cubicles very often. They strictly follow standards for Booking incentives; one cancellation will nullify the perk (REGARDLESS OF THE REASON) for home-based tutors. Minimum per hour rate for office-based -You need to work longer hours to reach the quota for additional income. -The rating system is another form of pressure while working. Since you need enough students to have a satisfying income, securing a quality lesson is a must to get good reviews and to have MORE STUDENTS. (This problem dominates Home-based tutors, to have a good rating doesn't mean being kind all the time, but being wise enough to pique the student's interest. It's tough, trust me. LOL!) You need to be in your most passionate and bestest version if you wanted everything to go well for you. NO WIFI REIMBURSEMENT for Work-from-home set-up.

The challengesWhen the system has issues. Some rude students. Unpredictable complaints and cancellations.

One of the Best ESL Companies
The good thingsThe schedules are flexible, and you still have the chance to meet and conduct classes without reservation. Likewise, students are very respectful. One thing that I like about Native Camp is that their materials are really easy to use, and everything you need to know is in there.
The challengesThe platform service charge is 10% of your total income, and I think it is quite much. Very seldomly, you will encounter rude students, but there is always an option to block them.

My first ever job is an ESL teacher in this company (I've been working with Native Camp for 9 months now).
The good thingsI love teaching my students. Most of them are nice. I'm a teacher, but I'm also learning from them. I like the lesson materials because it is really easy to deliver. I like the admins here, they're very responsive and with my own experience, they don't usually give scripted messages. They usually respond according to my message.
The challengesThe students can still give teachers a rating even though they didn't finish the lesson. Even though the lesson lasted for only a minute, they can still rate you. I hope that the company will make improvements regarding this matter.

It was enjoyable to be part of Native Camp teacher
The good thingsI love Japanese student because they are so friendly, kind and respectful. Native Camp is good to the people who are looking for a part time job because it has a flexible time to open slots, less penalty, more incentives and Japanese students are kind and friendly. They easily catch up the lesson.
The challengesMaybe you will not enjoy when you're a beginner because you don't have student. and also you to maintain your rating.

The good thingsThe pay is very good since I am still a student a minimum of 4000 per month is worth it.
The challengesMost of the challenges I encountered is you have to handle strict students and the lessons that you are going to teach.

    UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM!
The good thingsNothing. One person will give you instruction but the other person will say that it shouldn't be done.
The challengesVery rude staff. The screening process is very unpleasant. They give confusing instructions. If you can keep up with rude and unprofessional people, go on and apply. If you pass congrats - but soon enough you'll be removed without any valid reason.

It's a good starting company for fresh graduates who wants to get experiences in HR.
The good thingsTraining and growth opportunities are ok but not much. The employer allows you to choose your own schedule based on the available slots. It's easy to request for a change RD as long as you have somebody willing to cover your shift. Management listens well to employee grievances.
The challengesTasks are repetitive so there aren't much growth in there and chances for promotion is close to nil. Colleagues are easy going and fun to be with which makes the office environment tolerable.

    Work is flexible and convenient.
The good thingsI was able to talk to variety of Japanese and it was fun having them as my students.
The challengesYou need to be informative and approachable, and take the initiative in encouraging students to speak English and in correcting their mistakes.
