    Memorable
The good thingsWhat I really liked about this company is that the workers are very professional but they can also be humorous sometimes. They don't drown themselves too much in stress and they still find time to enjoy. Also, the people I was with are so approachable and you won't feel out of place.
The challengesI think the challenge you are going to encounter in this company is that you need to be familiar with the company's background like mapping, statistics, the different sites, geological and historical background of a certain place.

The good thingsYou are given a chance to travel in different parts of the philippines for area surveying. You are also given a chance to serve the people since it is a government agency.
The challengesNo challenge at all. It's like playing while working. Stress-free job and good working environment.

The good thingscontinues training and seminars is one of the perks being employed at NAMRIA. Since NAMRIA is a very technicalin terms of technology one has to study a lot in order to keep abreast with the fast changing/ developing phase of technology. Another perks will be you got to travel a lot and see the beautiful places in the Philippines and you got to meet a lot of people around the country.
The challengesI guess one of the things that NAMRIA has to develop would be their policy in promotion and hiring. HR should hire more of Psych graduate for their division in order to professionalize HRM/HRD. One of the challenges that i experience was being knowledgeable for the fast changing/ developing technology.
