The good thingsDiscovering my potentials thru my supervisor. My supervisor helped me to get to know government works, particularly the evaluation scheme. I was also trusted with other responsibilities that challenged me to learn new works. My supervisor trusted and believed in me. The downside though is that there is a tendency to overwork beyond office hours, and even on holidays and weekend. Experienced wise this government office thought me a lot!
The challengesoverworking and learning new responsibilities.

It's a service back to the country!
The good thingsI get to work with National Artists! Great Minds and Happy People! I get to go around the country to talk and facilitate. I get to meet new people all the time. I'm not constrained in one cubicle. There are true and genuine people who would like to bring this country to greatness by preserving and contributing to the arts and culture.
The challengesWorking around on a fixed schedule for everybody. Since we are all called in. It always depend on the schedule of each of the individual and a lot of time would conflict other trips. I wish bureaucracy would end. It's minimal in this particular government agency but still is annoying.
