    The good thingsPay and benefits are mid. Some peers are supportive and collaborative
    The challengesToo many expectations for a meager salary. there are lots of 'deliverables' and youre expected to do everything simultaneously. Micromanagement is a thing here too

    A Great Place to Work
    The good thingsNasdaq is a company that takes care of its employees. I think they provide best in class compensation and benefits. The work environment is the best I've seen throughout my career. The global exposure that I gain everyday is highly valuable in my professional development.
    The challengesAs it's primarily an American company, things happen really fast, but if you're a dynamic professional, this shouldn't be much of a concern.

    The good thingsGood environment and company culture. The office space is vibrant and the people even the leaders are pleasant to work. You will always be motivated to challenge yourself to do better and to give your very best in all your tasks. People in this organization are being treated equally and you can feel that you did not just gained colleagues but also a \"family\". The company gives opportunities for growth, development, and you get to do what you love while working here. Being part of Nasdaq is not just an opportunity but more so a privilege.

    Dynamic Company
    The good thingsDiverse culture and good working environment. Starting to have its own identity (separate from Thomson Reuters), which is exciting. Senior leaders see potential in the Manila office, hence the expansion.
    The challengesA lot of changes happen quickly, but the people here are generally very dynamic like the company, so it does not take too much time to adjust.

    The good thingsGood reputation and brand. Very supportive local management. Has plans to have it's Manila operation a center of excellence and new opportunities are in place. Having been known to be a leading brand and a technology company worldwide, jumpstarting a careeeer here is an experience well worth it. Benefits are above average in the financial services.You'll get a chance to work for a global team
    The challengesSince we are just starting to build up business in Manila, processes are still being placed in and finances are still being evaluated, meaning compensation might not be the one you can expect from a multinational.

    The good thingsculture is better than other firms, staff has voice in decisions, Manila site is well valued by senior leaders, new opportunities are being brought to Manila site, frequent visits by senior leaders, access to the company's products
    The challengestransforming due to business needs, local senior managers unfair to some employees, staff more valued than managers, lacks training and development, losing great talent due to compensation, promotion takes long due to undergoing changes
