(NLDI) was incorporated in November 5, 2005 with the primary purpose of trading food, beverages and other premium consumer products on a retail and wholesale basis.NLDI took off its commercial operations in November 2005 at #271 Maninding, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan deploying 10 trucks and employing 50 personnel filling up both front and back end operations.While NLDI is new in the distribution business, it is backed-up by veterans and seasoned leaders in the industry. The management structure of the company is led by a Managing Director and General Operations Manager. The Operations Manager (OM), who is tasked to handle the company’s day to day operations and personally manages NLDI’s top accounts. The OM also, oversees the day to day operations of the company. S/He is supported by a Supply Chain Manager (SCM) who functions as the head of logistics, managing the entire supply, warehousing, ordering and delivery chain from the primary client to the trade. The Finance Manager (FM) on the other hand is tasked to ensure the financial viability of the company by providing accurate, timely financial reports and other pertinent information relative to this function.The company’s investment is backed up by a strong financial relationship with the industry’s foremost financial institutions such as UCPB, BPI and PBCOM.Being a rookie in the business never hindered the company moving and going to the top. In the 2007 Nestle Sales Kick-Off Held last Feb 3, 2007 it garnered the Best Store Coverage Award, beating all other distributors nationwide.On March 2007, Nestle awarded the Distributorship of Ready to Drink (RTD) Products to NLDI for areas of Pangasinan.On July 2007, NLDI has taken over the Nestle Food Service Distributorship for Areas of Pangasinan and La Union and a month after Distributorship for Nestle Grocery La Union was also awarded to NLDI.On 2013 National Sales Kick-Off, NLDI Pangasinan, Nestle Professional Division, was awarded the 2013 Nestle Professional Golden Fly Wheel Cold Beverage Solutions.On September 2014, Napintas Logistics and Distribution, Inc., Pangasinan Branch, was awarded the Distributorship of Nestle Ice Cream for the areas of Pangasinan and Tarlac.On January 9, 2014, 2014 National Sales Kick-Off of Nestle Philippines, NLDI Pangasinan, Grocery Division, was awarded as the RUBY Distributor of The Year CHAMPION.
