The challengesOne of the challenges I faced as an Administrative Aide was handling different types of people and managing multiple tasks at the same time, especially in a fast-paced public service environment. Initially, I found it difficult to balance workload and communicate effectively with clients. However, I improved by developing better time management, staying organized, and actively practicing clear and professional communication. Over time, I became more confident in dealing with people, handling responsibilities efficiently, and providing quality assistance to the community.
