A LEADER ONLY DESERVES RESPECT, IF HE ALSO RESPECTS HIS SUBORDINATES.The good thingsIn my three years of service here at MSS, i have learned a lot from my workmates, and also to some of the customers. Department heads were at there level of high expectations from their subordinates. I was employed here since june 2015, as an After Sales Officer, and later became the Branch Cashier/OIC. As a cashier, you should know the policy of the company so that in every actions that you take, you are inline to the policy. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are all to be submitted on time. Time management is my friend in order to achieve the expectations from department heads.
The challengesThe challenge to this company is the loyalty of the employee to the boss, even without having a salary increase as years go by. As a person being employed to an institution, you will really need to have that bracket in which you could supply the needs for your family.
