The challengesThe challenge is, how to hit the qouta or the targetted amount, especially when you are in the seervice department 'cause you can't please everyone to repair their motorcycle in your shop. And sometimes, pressured sink in when you're manager asking for a higher service income and parts income. Another thing, when there is a customer asking for a warranty in their parts, and then the parts is no longer in the warranty and they insisting it, you must be very patient and calm no matter what the situation is.
