Work ExperienceThe good thingsExposure to Server/Client Infrastructure. Hands-on system administration and IT Infrastructure management. Most of the time you would deal with Desktop/Client Support and sometimes you will do some external duties as your executives would ask you to do, like, managing their personal gadgets, support for their home internet connection.
The challengesSolely responsible for all IT concerns, directly reports to the Vice President (Executive). Outdated systems used (e.g. Windows 2003 Server, Exchange 2003, poor Network Equipment). Tasks that are out of your Job scope, lack of career growth and demanding superiors.
