    you can have work life balance
    The good thingsthey allow us to work form home which a big help for those who have kids. It helps us to become more productive instead of wasting your time commuting on the traffic of Metro Manila.
    The challengesIt's contractual so your contract depends on the client, if they dont renew you have to go.

    Poor management, stressful and worst company.
    The good thingsThe only good thing here is the work hours and no delay on salary.
    The challengesDoes not value employees. Stressful management especially the CES, CEM and HR. They are the worst when it comes to communication. Hard to reach, won't respond to messages and emails even if you follow-up multiple times. Project based employment, so no job security. No assurance of being transferred to new account. Low incentive.

    MicroSourcing gave us all flexible arrangements they could give to us but client financial lapses to the company resulted to end of our contract.

    No job security, after completing a project with the client, the manager left us hanging and did not assist us in finding a new project. There were four of us on that project.

    GREAT PLACE TO WORK!
    The good thingsThe management is really good. They coordinate with their employee well through different platforms. Account managers are all knowledgeable and approachable especially to their supervisory teams. Account clients they have are not the typical "work-til-you-drop" entrepreneurs but those who are also pratices work and life balance. This is such a great company, so far! :)

    The good thingsThe company was accommodating before the pandemic. The client assigned gave a decent salary adjustment to match the market.
    The challengesThe company gave little to no room for growth. Not much help or assistance during the pandemic.
