Poor Management - Avoid this Company at All CostManagement treats their employees as numbers. For contract employment, in the beginning during the initial interview they will promise you a 2 year renewable contract but then after you passed the interview, they will present a vague contract which allows them to manipulate that “2 years” term. And once you joined them, your contract becomes renewable every 2 to 3 months – you are basically disposable should the client decide to not renew their commitment.
Also, you’ll be provided with an outdated work laptop which is very slow… opening an IDE and a browser feels super heavy.
Lastly, your assigned operations manager responds to your queries once in a blue moon.
