Poor Management - Avoid this Company at All CostManagement treats their employees as numbers. For contract employment, in the beginning during the initial interview they will promise you a 2 year renewable contract but then after you passed the interview, they will present a vague contract which allows them to manipulate that “2 years” term. And once you joined them, your contract becomes renewable every 2 to 3 months – you are basically disposable should the client decide to not renew their commitment. Also, you’ll be provided with an outdated work laptop which is very slow… opening an IDE and a browser feels super heavy. Lastly, your assigned operations manager responds to your queries once in a blue moon.

    Pasay City Metro Manila
The FIRST worst company I've ever been.
The good thingsThe only good thing is that they accomodate employees to work from home.
The challengesProject-based employment, no security. No opportunity to grow. Leaders are non-skilled. No actions to make work better. Proactive on administrative tasks. The surveys and options are limited that benefits the company. No proper cascade of things happening in the business. Untimely release of communications. A confirmation given by the client during the interview did not materialize.

This role with a friendly Australian client and supportive trainers is a breeze, but the project-based nature means job security is uncertain.
The good thingsIt's nice to work here as someone who's new to handling a foreign client (AU). They're so nice, accommodating, and appreciative of our every move. Even if you only do a copy, paste, and typing job for the day, the compliments that will be given to you immediately are great. When it comes to our training with accounting software, our foundation is very focused and beautiful because of their teaching. They're so patient with us if we have a lot of questions; they prefer the one who asks to the one who does not, even if it's a stupid question, because they say you learn more when you ask. And the work is easy because I also feel at ease in the workplace and with the bosses, so I'm happy.
The challengesThe main drawback is that, as a project-based employee, you face the possibility of having your account terminated without warning if the customer determines you are no longer needed. No job security.

Attendance is manipulated by employee without the company knowing.
The good thingsFlexibility of working from home be like while working onsite.
The challengesIncident reports are taken for granted. Employees are not empowered with integrity due to lack of communication and supervision with one ups and company Values are not well implemented or embarked to employees.

MicroSourcing is a Micro type of company
The good thingsStaff are friendly enough
The challengesThey take advantage of the pandemic, lower your salary norms, keep you working on long extended hours, work on weekends, unprofessional leaders, give you less benefits than normal, and they give unreachable goals to hit. Not a company I would recommend.
