The good thingsMicro-Mechanics is a multinational company with affiliated companies around the world. The employee headcount is average that makes the employees closer to each and everyone like a family. The company's pride is that it has no outstanding short or long-term loans that makes it very much stable and always a going-concern business.
The challengesThe challenges are external like dealing with external auditors and government agencies but these I may say are regular concern for every company. Micro-Mechanics see to it that they abide government rules and they have transparency which is really a challenge and a hard work to carry on.
