Low Salary no support to their employee
The good thingsGood things under MDI is, if you are a fresh graduate or needs an experience it's good for training ground since they will deploy you in other Company like Lexmark, Aboitiz or VECO but that's all. In terms of supporting the employee they deploy to other company I can rate them as 1, why no increase, low HMO, can't provide tools for the job we need to buy our own things to do the job that they want us to do.
The challengesChallenges here is to budget your salary until you can get the other half of the month. Also to find you own tools to do the job properly you have to find initiative. This company offers very low salary even thu you work hard for them not to lost face to the clients they wont acknowledge you or put a prize to your hard works.

    IT is me
The good thingsAs a subcontractual employee, deployed at Accenture, it made me realize that I am capable of doing what an IT guy can do.
The challengesSalary increase and or promotion should be given annually depending on employee's performance.

    Career Opportunity
The good thingsThe management has a good overview of the company, they work hard and have a better plan for the success of the company. All sales group are motivated to meet the targeted sales quota given to them. They give an incentives based on your work performance. They provide trainings and seminars for their employees to improve their knowledge and competency to the competitors.
The challengesAs an accounting supervisor it challenged me on handling of staff, how will you motivate your team to cooperate with you to provide a financial report on time for the management. Sureness and accurateness of report especially this is a number we count on where is the company now, are we still on tack for the targeted sales and aren't we exceeding on the budget.
