    Working in this company for 7 years is really worth it.
    The good things1. BONUSES. almost every month. 2. Has Union. you can always rely on. and also the one behind Big Bonuses every year. 3. Knowledge. I learn so much in this company. 4. Maturity. I become more mature in this banking institution. Knows how to handle money well. 5. Friends. Made more friends including clients.
    The challengesIf it says "overtime" i think it's our right to file for "overtime" because it's not just for us but also for this company. Overall it's good to be part of your company.
