    all in all Metrobank is one of the best company.
    The good thingsGood thing about this company are 1. the "malasakit" to their employees. 2. Mabait and Matalinong boss (shout out Sir Dman Gallardo) 3. opportunity to grow and learn new skills 4. inclusivity
    The challenges1. Long hours of Work with pay its either the first 2 hrs or until 9PM with allowance. 2. Sinusulit ka talaga sa pinapasahod sayo. 3. Ultra Multi tasking... 4. we are essential workers so dont expect na dahil nag suspend na ang gov., mag ssuspend din si Bank.

    The good thingsThe benefits of this company are superb. They are for long term goals and if you want to settle for retirement, this company is for you.
    The challengesI hope that all leaders would appreciate more of their subordinates. I hope those who are on the lower rank will have a chance to prove themselves so there's no need to hire a leader externally
