A company in continuous transformation with supportive management and improving employee experience.The good thingsSince I joined the company as HR Manager in July 2023, I’ve seen and experienced significant positive changes across the organization. The company has been actively upgrading its benefits, policies, and work culture to better support employees. Management has become much more approachable, transparent, and empathetic, always willing to listen and collaborate on solutions. They are highly supportive of HR initiatives, especially those focused on employee engagement, welfare, and professional development.
There’s also a stronger sense of direction now, with clearer goals, improved communication, and a growing commitment to building a healthier workplace environment. Employees who bring forward suggestions or concerns are heard, and actions are taken more quickly than before.
The challengesAs with any company undergoing transformation, adjustments take time. Some processes are still being refined, and a few long-standing practices require modernization. Communication across departments has improved but can still be strengthened, especially in ensuring consistency in implementation.
We are continuously working to align expectations, update outdated systems, and build a culture that is more adaptable and open to change. These challenges are not unique, they are simply part of the growth process.
