    The good thingsThe good thing with this company is that they give opportunities to fresh graduate or without experienced. The company give right benefits to their employees. The management are very well inspiring for us. They are approachable. They manage us well. They will help you succeed in life. They will put you on the right track. The company will take care of you as long as you do your job properly.
    The challengesThe difficulty of it is that expectations. The new management gives higher expectations that sometimes lead to misunderstanding. Im on a probationary period and I didn't make to regularized. They've told me its not that im not good enough but they said im not that competent enough to the new management expectation. That hurt but i just accepted it.
