    Good colleagues bad upper management. Good for experience but be wary of assignments.
    The good thingsGood benefits. Basic HMO and Insurance. Christmas bonus.
    The challengesTop Operations and Construction Management is fond of micromanagement. Very bad work life balance, will drain your energy after office hours. Bad workload management leads to one employee handling multiple projects concurrently. Work culture is based on reporting. Performance appraisal is based on how often you report.
