The challenges1. The process is long for all things, lots of red tapes 2. Micromanagement. 3. There are High Rank Officials who have no accountability, passed on to those below them. 4. There are more who command than are commanded, where instructions are different. 5. The approval of things takes a long time, when accountability is on the line, you can't do anything but to take the accountability because you have to finish the tasks. 6. There are more meetings than time to perform. 7. Easier to rise the ladder when you are sipsip. 8. Focused on Quantity of Officers vs. Quality of Officers. 9. There's no Work-Life Balance. 10. Procedures and Guidelines often change. 11. Our department carries all the burdens passed to us by other departments.
