    Toxic Work Environment & Unprofessional Culture
    The good thingsI would like to express my concern regarding the recent delays in salary payments at Megawide. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, and I hope it will be addressed to ensure timely payments in the future.
    The challengesI recommend not applying for the same position I held at Cubao (Megawide). The work environment is toxic, full of gossip, blame games, and sabotage. Leadership is poor, and HR dismisses concerns. Access to work files was revoked without notice. Do not waste your time here.

    The good thingsNew People to Interact with, Getting praise from a supervisor, Amazing Events in the company, Friendly Environment, On-time of salary computation
    The challengesBetter handling of employees, Better employee benefits (specifically SSS Sickness Benefits), Better working environment, Better handling of documents , Finding an outlet for releasing stress in doing work to liven up the employees than smoking and drinking coffee.
