    Toxic Work Environment & Unprofessional Culture
    The good thingsI would like to express my concern regarding the recent delays in salary payments at Megawide. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, and I hope it will be addressed to ensure timely payments in the future.
    The challengesI recommend not applying for the same position I held at Cubao (Megawide). The work environment is toxic, full of gossip, blame games, and sabotage. Leadership is poor, and HR dismisses concerns. Access to work files was revoked without notice. Do not waste your time here.

    my first job/company, I learned a lot of things especially on site exposure.
    The good thingsmy bosses and colleagues were the best team I ever had during my stay at the company. They helped me grow and developed skills.
    The challengesConstruction in general I guess is stressful but it's up to you how to handle challenges. As part of operation you have to work 6 days per week. Sometimes, you have to sacrificed work-life balance. Also if you're not type of employee that anticipate overtime when "needed" this may challenge you to balance your time.
