    Poor Management / Not much benefits
    The good thingsThe only good thing here are my co-workers.
    The challengesNo proper training. They normalized having multiple meetings the whole day, and you'll end up doing your tasks after shift. The management sometimes give tasks that will make you scratch your head. Working here is draining. There are also minimal benefits. I understand why people gave bad reviews to this company.

    Great People, Bad Management
    The good thingsMedilink is the first company I ever work with. All of the skills and knowledge I have now as a Software Engineer, I earned with the help of my teammates and Team lead/s. If you are a beginner, this company is a great place for you to start your career in Software Development. Most of the people are nice and you can definitely count on them for help if needed.
    The challengesThe biggest flaw about Medilink that you need to know is the management and salary. For new graduates, this company is great but that's about it. Only for new graduates. If you have vast experience, you are welcome to apply but take in mind the salary is not very competetive compared to others. Now for the management, the way we develop is both exhausting and tiresome. We don't follow the standard sprint format. And furthermore, there are many decisions that will make anyone scratch their heads.

    We as a Network Team is like a Family always help each other. We can handle anything with our teamwork.
    The good thingsWorking with young environment, Secure Network through Firewalls, Learn other things like ( Server Management, Network Design, Network Security etc... )
    The challengesThe project there is always on rush, Undivided rooms, Little working space
