The good thingsPros: - They provide shuttles for employees from Makati to Warehouse. - If there's an inclement weather, the work suspension depends on national government announcement. - The coworkers in the warehouse are cheerful, especially the helpers and the drivers.

The challengesCons: - Leave credit will be granted once you reached a 1 year tenure, and the credit can be only used once a month only. - Politics culture - There's no utility personnel, that's why some employees are required to report during Saturday to clean the warehouse compound. - Reimbursements take a long time, often taking 1 week or several weeks to process and release. - There are inappropriate behaviors observed from the manager (whse).
