    The good thingsThey Teach you how to do your work efficiency. You will know how to manage the routine of the company.
    The challengesWhen the machine have trouble shoot. we have to make it run again on time. Even it's Manual Packaging and Manual Gluing.

    The good thingsThey have good remuneration packages
    The challengesThey pumped their employees of worked that are no longer necessary. There is much redundant work and reports needed to be done, and is always asked urgently. There is NO WORK LIFE BALANCE in this company.

    Fun while working
    The good thingsI learned a lot. I shaped up my laboratory skills here. The management in the lab are so smooth and the people are cool. I have fun while working. I gained friends as well. Their laboratory instruments are good and you can learn a lot. I dont have much instrumentation background but working in MJ helps me.
    The challengesThe only reason why I left MJ is that I am employed as a third party employee. In short I am under an agency,thus, the salary is low. The agency manage us well but it differs a lot when you are a direct hire. So i need to let go the position and look for a greener pasture.

    The good thingsMy workload is manageable. Although there are many things to do still we find time for ourselves like to have a break on exact time. Our office environment is so comfortable and clean. My co-workers were approachable and guides me from the start till the end of my contract. I strongly recommend you to apply in this company.

    It's worth the travel time
    The good thingsbeing a project coordinator, I was given the ample exposure with the industry as well as with internal and external group of people. that's a great deal for a startup marketing person like me. I had the best manager since then that not only leads but mentors and connects to his staff. You would really feel the professionalism inside the office, while at the same time, camaraderie.
    The challengesProbably, it's with the demand of the job. Well it required a lot of commitment in time, strength and effort to be accomplished. I had more than enough of the trust in making me accountable with everything I do. And lastly, the deadlines we have committed. Pressure is on its way when you missed out details.
