The challengesI think because of the lack of BPO experience of the managing personel, this company is already late at everything. Leave credits are the minimum, exit leave is not allowed, late memos, salary does not compensate all LOBs that you are handling, tenurity over skill for promotion, TLs not very well educated with their process is allowed, new updates from clients are only being sent via email by TLs but not explained further, callouts will be sent via email without explanations, NTEs are being served without further explanations.
