    The good thingsRated 4 just to neutralize the score. This is the last review for me. I am still hoping they change and improve for the better. They do listen, just not that well.
    The challengesLast pointer. Shuttle service is not free. I think the pandemic does not have to do anything about it anymore. They are overspending on useless stuff and underspending on things that should be focused on.

    The good thingsJust to be different they are located in Philexcel which is a nice place. Commute is easy
    The challenges7th, acknowledge those people who work hard, people make mistakes they get callouts, but try to encourage them to be better, DO NOT let the TLs make them feel like they are garbage. We all have our own learning curve. Not because this was taught once means you already know it. Some people takes multiple attempts before knowing the right thing.

    The good thingsThe good employees and the nice clients to work for. Other employees offers you food.
    The challenges6th, even if you have the position and power, you are not all knowing. Try getting some pointers from your employees for a change, other HRs do that. They try asking for suggestions one by one and listens to them, not just dumps the ideas somewhere.

    The challenges4th, do not allow gossips in the work place. Other companies immediately actions work place gossips and make it stop.

    The good thingsSame as mentions before. There are several good people and clients
    The challenges2nd, documents should be kept secured and should not be misplaced. 3rd, higher positions should be a mediator, a person that does not take sides. Problem here is the first person who reported an issue is always considered right. That does not seem right.

    The good thingsLots of good team mates and nice clients. Very good health and safety procedures but slow.
    The challengesToo toxic. 1st, confidentiality includes the identity of the person who raised an issue. If you keep telling the person involved the identity of the person that reports to you then you'll only end up losing good people.

    Bad culture for a starter company
    The good thingsIf you are starting with your career in the bpo industry, this place is an average choice. I can't think of any other things because it's just not good working for them if you are already an experienced employee.
    The challengesThey have a gossip culture/chismis culture/marites culture and management looks at you as if you don't know anything and they are the experts of everything. Very little opportunity to grow and to be promoted even if you have the skills and talents. Bad politics.

    The good thingsWork mates are nice, friendly, approachable. Clients are also nice and friendly. Clients are very open minded
    The challengesThe TL don't know the process. The TL just reads the training manual Blames trainees for not getting the process the first time. If the issue is still unresolved after every attempts that means the head has issues. High attrition rate.

    The good thingsEverything I said on my headline. From the management team down to the employees to the maintenance team. You will never be OP here. People are also very welcoming.
    The challengesThere are challenges with every company, that's normal. Some processes are slow, but you'll get by. Some issues can also be managed real quick. So far, some major issues I have faced have been resolved in a day or two. None stays unresolved longer than that.

    The good thingsA good company, don't get me wrong. Great clients, good benefits, average salary.
    The challengesBeware of the Windscreens account. Not a very professional TL. Drops names whenever there are callouts, NTEs, etc. You will be well knowned by others because it's almost being broadcasted that you made a mistake, or raised a concern about someone or something. No confidentiality of identity. Also if you made a major callout, other accounts will know what you have done. I was just shocked one day that someone from a different account asked me about one of my callouts. How unprofessional.

    Not so good a BPO company
    The good thingsClients, workmates, good health and safety protocols, etc
    The challengesI think because of the lack of BPO experience of the managing personel, this company is already late at everything. Leave credits are the minimum, exit leave is not allowed, late memos, salary does not compensate all LOBs that you are handling, tenurity over skill for promotion, TLs not very well educated with their process is allowed, new updates from clients are only being sent via email by TLs but not explained further, callouts will be sent via email without explanations, NTEs are being served without further explanations.
