    Dedicated crew member ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the fast-paced environment and working as part of a team to deliver great customer service. It was rewarding to interact with customers daily and handle busy situations efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
    The challengesOne challenge was handling peak hours where the workload and pressure were very high. I believe improvements could be made in staffing and workflow organization during busy periods to ensure smoother operations and maintain service quality.

    At first it might difficult especially if you are not well trained in customer relations and managing both products and your people but there are trainings and tool that will help you develope and be confident to face any situations or scenario.
    The good thingsThe trainings and tools are always given and the environment can help your development. There are also incentives and bonuses.
    The challengesDealing with people about their attitudes but trainings and tools are also given for you to be more confident and equipped to face any challenges.
