Gained customer service skills, improved communication, and worked well in a fast-paced team. The good thingsWorking as a service crew member, I have learned a lot and experienced significant personal growth, especially since this is my first job. I developed a strong work ethic and learned to value teamwork, communication, and responsibility. I genuinely appreciated my role, not only because of the work itself but also because of the supportive environment and my colleagues. The experience has been meaningful, and I am truly grateful for everything I have learned. I will carry these lessons with me and apply them to my future career.
The challengesOne area that could be improved is the management (toxic management). There were instances where concerns raised by employees were not fully addressed, despite being voiced multiple times. Improving communication, responsiveness, and leadership practices could help create a more positive and supportive working environment.
