Good company if you turn a blind eye to politics
The good thingsStable long term and good organizational culture of slowly upgrading personnel skills
The challengesAdditional tasks and ad hoc tasks and events piles up work leading to burnout and therefore perceived low performance. Management style punishes effiiciency by putting on more work to already burdened. Dismisses employee feedback and gaslights complaints. High turnover. Machiavellian politics

If you’re looking for experience and training, this can be a good stop. But if you’re after growth and long-term stability, you might feel the weight of the trade-offs.
The good thingsThe coworkers are supportive, and the benefits are solid — especially the HMO coverage for both you and a dependent. There’s also room for continuous learning, which is something you don’t always get in every company.
The challengesThere are challenges that make it hard to see this as a long-term path. The salary doesn’t quite match the workload, and HR support has been an issue since day one. Facilities need upgrading, and compared to the past, investment in capacity building has noticeably gone down. The shift from being people-centric to profit-driven has also affected employee morale in a big way.

For fresh graduates that is after work experience or in need of quick money. Not recommended/sustainable for long term employment. Also, expect to invest using own money since resources are not enough.
The good thingsVery approachable teammates. Monday to Friday work. Pays Overtime
The challengesLow salary offer compared to other companies with the same working experience. Regularization only happens when 1 plantilla opens, not matter how good you are. Low resources like inadequate site offices, computers and service vehicles. Very difficult to reimburse.

I’ve focused on vendor management, optimizing supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries, all while improving supply chain efficiency. I’ve also been fortunate to receive training opportunities that have enhanced my skills in sourcing, logistics, and relationship management.
The good thingsI’ve gained experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management, leading projects that improved efficiency and reduced costs. I’ve built strong vendor and customer relationships, solved supply chain challenges, and consistently met performance goals. The collaborative environment and growth opportunities have allowed me to contribute effectively to the company’s success.
The challengesI’ve faced in vendor management is ensuring consistent supplier performance while maintaining strong relationships. Managing multiple vendors across different regions has also required effective communication to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with contractual terms.

A company that will help you learn new things either taught or by yourself.
The good thingsAble to learn new things specially thinking outside the box. You can learn while doing work and be able to help others.
The challengesToo many reporting, work-life balance is not applicable sometimes. Salary and benefits are average comparing to other companies.

The working environment here is good due to work-life balance.
The good thingsMy co-workers are great since we treat each other like a family. The workload is well-organized.
The challengesWhat I don't like here is that some of the employees aren't doing their job accurately. They still give us erroneous information even though we corrected them already. They must at least learn from their mistakes and never do it again.

    Great People. Great Management
The good thingsThe company tries to put priority in people. They have been working on an investors in people accreditation and that is why employees are their treasure. Workmates are great. My managers and superiors are good. They will support you in any endeavor you do outside work whether its your masteral degree or another job that's not conflicting with your current job. The company's offer is average but the benefits are superb. you have lots of bonuses especially if you do well for the year
The challengesSince everyone there is competitive, you need to do extra miles at work for you to be recognized. doing your job right is not enough..

The good thingsWork-life balance is great, you get to do the things you want to be able to do in life while still excelling at work
The challengesHard to implement changes. Good top management and new recruits are stepping up, however middle management should really improve. Improve in communication, in having a vision for their group, in learning how to manage risk, manage people and identify the performers in their team.

    Fullfilling
The good thingsGood workplace with good employees, the workload is more than i thought but i accept it as a challenge to myself. My supervisors are nice to me, and also everyone on the branch. I learned many things as an intern in the Maynilad.
The challengesI was able to easily adopt to the working environment as my supervisors and colleagues help me to cope up, the hard thing is providing additional or different way in handling the workload with such limited time, so I created another way to execute and handle the workload by adjusting the use of my time in an efficient way.
