    The good thingsOur business unit is quite tight knit so I'd say the colleagues; Compensation is average

    The good thingsI'm happyy working with my co-workers and we build a good working relationship that's why every task is easy.
    The challengesmaybe the first day I was a branch admin officer reliever and at the same time I was a cashier and team supervisor at the agency because at first I still had difficulty managing my time but I still learned and managed.

    The good thingsThe employees are nice and kind. The office location is convenient and supervisors mostly trust their staff.
    The challengesThe salary is okay but the basic is below industry standards. Regular tainings are needed for all departments and proper workstations for all employees are strongly recommended.
