    It was a great opportunity working in Maxs. a place where I was able to excel my skills in the hospitality industry. I learned a lot when it comes to providing good-quality service to guests especially in reaching their satisfaction and expectation towards the service given by us servers.
    The good thingsThe management are really hands on to their staffs when it comes to doing our specific jobs and making sure were giving the best to assure that our guest are having a good time in the restaurant through the services that we've provided.
    The challengesSo far I haven't encountered much difficulty in my job since I do love what I'm doing and I'm really passionate to my job by giving good-quality service to our beloved guest and I do have fun learning things that is new to me so that I could able to have more knowledge in the field aside from what I learn in books and exams taught by my professors during my college years.
