    Challenging, but worth-trying and meaningful!
    The good thingsMy manager is very approachable and she has always given me guidance/advice to properly execute my tasks. The working culture is great as most of my colleagues have warm and welcoming personalities and we always motivate each other when the workloads become quite heavy. MASS-SPECC has also given me opportunities (training and seminars) to improve my skills in writing and other skills like video editing and lay-outing. I was also given a chance to create and explore various things on how I could possibly execute my ideas. Above all, I found my job here at MASS-SPECC very meaningful knowing that I am contributing to the Sustainable Development by promoting financial inclusion through co-operativism.
    The challengesAs a millennial, it's quite challenging to meet half-way with my boss in the aspect of creating designs for our collaterals or the way our narratives due to the generational gap.
