    The good thingsTheres a lot reason for me to enjoy working in this industry because its my passion. Its always been my dream to work in a luxurios hotels such as your hotel. I can say that throughout my journey in this industry, i have gained a lot of lessons to get things as smooth as how it is to be. And i can say that im enjoying every minute of my job in the work place and make all things right.

    I had a great and satisfying experience and it is my pleasure to work and grow with my previous company.
    The good thingsLearning with the company and growing with others. Truly, the company provided all the assistance not only for me but for all of us to grow with our careers. Molded me to be the best version of myself professionally. And on my personal side, caring and sympathizing with my feelings is one of the company's utmost priority, making sure that they give all the respect not only form me but for all of us who work there.
    The challengesThe hotel I had worked for closed for Renovation. We were told that it will take 10 months to open but did not materialized. I wished the management had been more transparent of the real situation. Since it is closed for a significant time, I am trying to look for better opportunities. Other than that there were no serious challenges that I faced when the hotel is still operating. There are a lot of instances we had problems within our department but with our teamwork and dedication, we always find the right solutions.

    It was wonderful.
    The good thingsI met different people. For a short time i've been with them I found family (i guess). I also learned many things in service, dos and dont's, in being a hotelier a waiter etc. I wished that i did stay longer with them
    The challengesTime. Youll get too tired from the working hours. Youll need to stand for very long hours and needed to smile for the guests which is pqrt of being a hotelier. Theres a lot of stressful things may happen but it can be resolve by thinking positive in anyways.
