It's okay. Middling but fun.The good thingsI learned to love the work amidst the challenge it gave me as a professional. I learned to love the stress it brought to me and through that, I learned to adjust to the everyday ins and outs of the work and workplace. The commute to work was easy and the two offices were near to home. The management are quite supportive and helpful in your growth as long as you do your work and your part. Might as well add that the training and shadowing is quite good and they make sure you do your work well to help you gain your confidence in the work you have to do.
The challenges-When you're at fault, the bigger bosses will really let you know you're at fault. Quite belittling at times, but you get used to it.
-Transpo and service are quite hard to avail, this needs improvement
-Internet facilities need to be improved
-Computer applications and programs need to be improved
-There is a problem with the system, payment and process are quite slow. A great detriment when it comes to paying for suppliers when the need for compensation arises.
-Some facilities need to be improved, especially work environment.
-HR needs to take good care of their personnel more, involve more activities for employees to join in. Take really good care of the employees who do their job well and stay away from politics. They should help the great employees stay in the company even more.
There are good sides working with Mariwasa but there are areas in need of improvement which I hope could be fixed. Especially for their current workforce and new employees in the future.
