My experience as a nurse was fulfilling.

The good thingsMy employers are very good and competent being in the healthcare service. They are not so hard to work with. They constantly supervises and meet with their employees They are also strict in the sense that there should be no mistake when it comes to the healthcare services since we are dealing with lives.

The challengesThe challenges working with this agency were numerous. There were so many patients but short of staff nurses. One Nurse would cater to as many as fifteen to twenty patients per shift so that the eight hour shift is almost not enough for the staff to finish everything that needs to be done if he or she does not know how to manage his/her time well.
