    MANILA OCEAN CREW MANAGEMENT INC., is a newly established sea-based manning company duly resgistered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). MOC started its operation last October 01, 2009 wth 20 staff to man its day to day undertakings.Its primary objective is to provide competent Filipino officers and crewmembers to bulk carriers and container vessels from our Japanese principal. At present, MOC has a total of 450 officers and crew onboard and a total or 23 manned vessels.
