    Butler/ Man stay Waiter

learning and dedication to your passion plus motivation for your goal to become successful.
The good thingsI like the most working in five star hotel. I do a lot of experience i learn more than us a waiter to team leader and also us a butler.
The challengesWhat i don't like is you are working more than 12 hours to 16 hours wish is not healthy. And forcing you to over time in 6 to 8 hrs when the season is pick.

My experience was fun and exciting, the people I met either employees or co-interns were great; my internship never had a dull moment!
The good thingsThe good thing here is that I get to work in other departments and become familiarized with the hotel function, I get to have international friends as well as fellow citizens.
The challengesThe challenge I faced was the long hours, my university wanted us to finish early which is why I took the 13 hours of work; it is tiring because it is 6 days a week. There are times that I fell asleep during my travel time in and out of work (I ride a moto-taxi)

Regularization is hard to achieve in this company
The good thingsCo-workers are good to be with. This company serves as a training ground for all. The management is really into politics. If you don't have great connection with the management itself, it would take you years before you'll become a regular employee.
The challengesI directly applied to the company but I've been pass to one of their agencies and become a contractual. They said that there's a minimum of 2 yrs in service before having you regularized. Being a contractual is having a no work no pay basis and no benefits from the hotel other than your daily salary.

The challengesUsually the greatest challenge for me is when the guest has a complain and i will look for a solution. Solution that will prefectly settle the problem depending on the situation.
