    The good thingsThe customer's who knows what we are being used and helps us by giving us food and personal tips.
    The challengesThey expect a 5 star service for a minimum wage and irregular schedule. Employee care is almost non-existent. Tips are pocketed by the higher ups. And a lot more.

    The good thingsMy workmates are the best. Unlike other companies that has a toxic workers in Manila Grand majority is good people.
    The challengesThe only challenge for me in working at Manila grand is the bad costumers but if you're professional enough you can handle it well.

    I have a Lot Experience in my OJT Training First my ojt training is in dining area to serve the cocktail and dessert to a guest and my second OJT is housekeeper And My third OJT is receptionist or back office but they asked me us a back office they assign me as a receptionist to receive the calls,email to my co-employes
    The good thingsI Enjoy to communication to the guest and i enjoy to my work as a good employes .
    The challengesI don't like people gossiping and playing around during working hours.

    Hard working but its happy to be part of these company, memorable moment in my life.
    The good thingsThe Managers of the company is hard working and they not snobbing you when you see them around the hotel even the owner/president of the company they will not feel to you that you are the newly hired staff of their company but they will feel to you that you are already part of that company even if you are new.They always treat you more than you think.
    The challengesAt all I don't have any challenges that makes me felt sad or not enjoying. There's a lot of challenges in company not only on this company but the others also. Even there is a challenges that I've felt on these company I enjoy it because it gives me more knowledge how to fix it and how to handle my people and it gives me more strength to face it how big or small it is. Just help each other to fix the problem/challenges of the company.
