    Good people, hard place
    The good thingsI enjoyed the ease of commute as it is near a lot of terminals for jeepneys and buses. People within the company are friendly and cooperative.
    The challengesSanitation seems to be a hurdle due to rain creating hotspots for flies and other pests to survive inside the construction site. The organization of materials and equipment is sub-par, but they don't clutter too much of the workspace.

    Politics at its worst
    The good thingsIt's easy to apply as fresh grad. Salary is acceptable compared to other gencons. You can learn from the extra workload outside your scope.
    The challengesRegularization is only for the people with backers to upper managment, to the pretty ladies that bosses like, or to the topnotchers of boards exams. For normal people, it is a game of chance even if you work with your best. Benefits between project based and regulars are miles apart
