    Working in MDC is a good experience as they are AAAA contractor that have the capability in all aspect of construction from start to finish.

    Good people, hard place
    The good thingsI enjoyed the ease of commute as it is near a lot of terminals for jeepneys and buses. People within the company are friendly and cooperative.
    The challengesSanitation seems to be a hurdle due to rain creating hotspots for flies and other pests to survive inside the construction site. The organization of materials and equipment is sub-par, but they don't clutter too much of the workspace.

    BEST FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL
    The good thingsFor an entry level or just graduated and passed the board exam, MDC is the best company to start with. You will be trained heavily in construction field, not just book skills but leadership, management and people management will be put at test as well. Starting salary will never be a problem.
    The challengesI'd say only those people who only want laid-back work should never consider working in MDC. This is for people who are up for challenge and manage well with stress so it would be very challenging for them.
