    The challengesCompany has high standard which causes low hiring rate which also affect work life balance. OT can last up to 10 hours a day.

    The good thingsMaersk is a pro employee company. The welfare of its employees is the outmost priority. Specially in during the difficult times, maersk help us financially so we have fuds on our table. And we are all safe.
    The challengesI think the drastic changes. But like everyone said, change is inevitable.

    The good thingsThe company as a whole is very generous in terms of benefits and incentive.
    The challengesSlow career progression, some leaders and managers were driven by numbers and won't listen to members' complaints. (Not applicable for all teams) Back up system is flawed, almost all members will suffer if more than one member is on leave.

    The good thingsBenefits are undeniably competitive, thankfully I was part of a great team. My immediate sup is kind and supportive as well which results to good working environment. Company is generous this time of pandemic as well.
    The challengesMonthly salary is not that competitive, annual increase is practically low.
