    The work is challenging.
    The good thingsSalary and bonuses and also the health benefits are the most enjoyable perks that the company offers.
    The challengesChanges in the organization is very challenging. As the company grows bigger and bigger each year specially the account that we are handling. The company hired a Supervisor which we do not have since the begining of the operations. Lots of commands are given that are not part of job description.

    The good thingsMaersk is a pro employee company. The welfare of its employees is the outmost priority. Specially in during the difficult times, maersk help us financially so we have fuds on our table. And we are all safe.

    The challengesSlow career progression, some leaders and managers were driven by numbers and won't listen to members' complaints. (Not applicable for all teams) Back up system is flawed, almost all members will suffer if more than one member is on leave.

    One of the best companh i worked so far.
    The good thingsFunny environment, cool team and easy tasks.
    The challengesFew challenges I faced while working here were, 1st the location, I was leaving in Valenzuela and the office was in Pasig. It took me more than 2 hours everyday to gone to work because my shift was on a rush hour. And 2nd, OT is life. Not because the tasks were too much, but because the front office (of the country I supported) assigned cases very late, to the point that they assigned the bulk cases 30 mins prior the shift ended.

    The good thingsBenefits are undeniably competitive, thankfully I was part of a great team. My immediate sup is kind and supportive as well which results to good working environment. Company is generous this time of pandemic as well.

Fantastic training (personal and professional development) Flexibile schedule Travel Fast paced environment Extremely excellent vision and mission (everyone is literally working hard in ensuring these are followed).
