    A very good example of a very bad company

    The challengesI have never left a negative review in my life, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go to work in corporate world. Unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the company, you loose yourself with the face of CEO staring at you. and after that every 30 minutes interval pinging in group-chat about the status of your task. its like you spend more time on group-chats than the actual work. Overall its very ABSOLUTELY disgusting,

    It is great to work here if you are just a fresh graduate
    The good thingsThe good things are I am working with my batchies on training and to our other seniors that has been my family on airport that makes me work further here on this company.
    The challengesI think the company should improve their management and look to employees that stick with them though rough times on the industry of aviation.
