Not recommended for those seeking a positive and supportive work environment.
The good thingsRice allowance upon regularization
The challengesThe workload is overwhelming. There will be times when you will have to take on tasks outside of your scope just to help out. Sometimes, the manager assigns tasks that aren't related to your work (like making a name tag for their child, creating a poster, etc.). The turnover rate is also high. Be careful with the tenured staff; they can be bull ies. You won’t feel a sense of belonging here because only the tenured staff are friends with each other. It is not the manager who will teach you, but your fellow staff. If you don’t get along with them, be prepared because the learning you will get from them will be limited. The gossiping is intense, and they tend to suck up to upper management. Also, the salary increase is very low.

The good thingsThe department will surely let you grow and learn by giving you the experience of handling every type of duties and responsibilities.
The challengesNothing much. I have great experience with the company. The pressure that I had felt whenever there was a deadline coming taught me how to manage my stress and work at its optimum level.

Good Company to start your career
The good thingsThe company will give you better opportunities to expand and develop your skills.
The challengesIf they gave you a task, they know you can do it. They will not give you the responsibilities if they don't believe in your skills. But as time passes by, I need to find other works that will make me grow more. This company developed me so much but what I'm doing now is not enough already because I know myself that I can do more.

The good thingsThe good thing is that I am on dealer so that my skills and abilities were challenged. It is a good to start with, because I am consignee I learned how to communicate with different person..you meet different client as well as knew more on the cycle or flow of your work. The career growth is there and you can expand yourself there.
The challengesThe challenge is that you are a direct employer of the company and you are assigned there, so you have to make a good impression on the client. You represent your company so better treat them well and communicate them well. You also challenged there because you will meet different types of assured..from nice client to very angry client. So you will also challenged how to handle things.
