The challengesThe workload is overwhelming. There will be times when you will have to take on tasks outside of your scope just to help out. Sometimes, the manager assigns tasks that aren't related to your work (like making a name tag for their child, creating a poster, etc.). The turnover rate is also high. Be careful with the tenured staff; they can be bull ies. You won’t feel a sense of belonging here because only the tenured staff are friends with each other. It is not the manager who will teach you, but your fellow staff. If you don’t get along with them, be prepared because the learning you will get from them will be limited. The gossiping is intense, and they tend to suck up to upper management. Also, the salary increase is very low.
