The good thingsNo questions about the salary. Everything's compensated
The challengesIf youre applying for the position of a store head you should be aware that: 1. Scheduling of all including yourself is not in your hands. 2. The owner itself monitors the store ops, whenever/wherever even she's at home 3. Considering youre the store supervisor, you're not even allowed to get near in the cashiering area. 4. Everything that is left unsold particularly in products have short shelf lives, will be charged on all. And the requesition for it is not in your control.
