The great era of TR days are gone and time to move on.The good thingsPrevious TR/F&R/Refinitiv culture was great! Previous great leaders are now gone. The culture before was fair, positive and win-win. Regardless of the pay, the people before were great individuals and leaders.
The challengesAll about revenue regardless of the means to get there. Even at the expense of people. No upskilling, no engagement funds, constantly looking for ways to cut people and dynamic goals that you will never meet. I appreciate HR trying their best to make LSEG a great place to work but it is NOT!
