    The challengesCutthroat company culture. Focused on doing more with less so they kept eliminating roles or moving them to low-cost locations, resulting in massive burnout on the remaining workforce.

    The great era of TR days are gone and time to move on.
    The good thingsPrevious TR/F&R/Refinitiv culture was great! Previous great leaders are now gone. The culture before was fair, positive and win-win. Regardless of the pay, the people before were great individuals and leaders.
    The challengesAll about revenue regardless of the means to get there. Even at the expense of people. No upskilling, no engagement funds, constantly looking for ways to cut people and dynamic goals that you will never meet. I appreciate HR trying their best to make LSEG a great place to work but it is NOT!

    -1 experience with this company.
    The good things Initially, the work environment was wonderful. As years went by, Management became less and less concerned with the human resource or output quality and more concerned with cutting corners and increasing profit.
    The challenges There was a great disconnect with having foreign managers in the Philippine offices. Cultural differences and varied office practices became obstacles to moving forward with the changes and elicited discord instead of team building.

    Good when it was not LSEG yet.But now everyone is already thinking of how to escape and HR could not care less.
    The good thingsPrior to being acquired by LSEG everything was great but now culture and direction of the company is disappointing business seems to be migrating opportunities offshore in an attempt to save money. Management does not follow process and not people centric.

Management does not follow process and not people centric. They tolerate bad behaviour just so they wont be sued and reported to DOLE.

    The good things- When it comes to BPO's in the PH today this company definitely provides one of the best if not the best pay even on entry-level posts. ehem! 40-50k - The culture is great! - People are mature but not boring! - management listens to people and actions are done quickly - I know a lot of people who have been with the company for 10+years!!! a testament to how great it takes care of its employees.

    The good thingsThey provide various and intensive trainings, both local and international trainings. Salary and benefits are of good quality, beyond par than the minimum and usual. Supportive management and collaborative teammates.

    The good thingsHMO +2dep paid by the company even for singles, clothing, medical, dental, optical reimbursement, shuttle service, can work from home as BCP, great pay, annual increase, quartely bonus, summer and xmas activities. Phone an food is allowed on the prod. Free coffee for employees whether vendo or you want make your own. Great managers. HR knows the name of the employees. Fun environtment. Great colleagues.
    The challengesA fairly new company. Still in the moment of testing what's best for its employees. Compamy have plans on how to keep their employees for longer period.
