challenging due to the presence of office politics, lack of transparency and professional growth. The good thingsWhat I’ve enjoyed most about working in the Trade Marketing Department is the diversity and strength of our team. Everyone brings unique skills and perspectives, and despite the challenges, we always find ways to collaborate effectively. My team is very punctual and responsible, showing genuine dedication to delivering quality work. I also admire the Watsons BAs for their strong commitment and professionalism. While there’s a noticeable fear of making mistakes due to the organization’s culture, I still appreciate how this environment pushes us to be more careful and precise in everything we do.
The challengesOne area that could be improved is minimizing office politics and promoting a more transparent, performance-based culture. Collaboration among departments—particularly with Audit and Accounting—can be strengthened to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and without unnecessary conflicts of interest. Additionally, enhancing the HR system would greatly benefit the organization, especially by fostering professionalism, reducing workplace gossip, and focusing more on learning and development initiatives that build a positive and growth-driven environment.
